This special preparation lot has just arrived to us vacuum sealed at origin and has everything we love about Ethiopian Yirgacheffe – florals, sweetness and clarity. Danche Station is a phenomenal facility that brings in ripe cherries from hundreds of local farmers which are meticulously sorted and processed. This anaerobic natural is sealed in oxygen free tanks, allowing the fruit sugars to develop before being slowly dried on raised beds. Why is it so good? The coffee speaks for itself – heirloom, high altitude, shade grown, expertly processed, clean and fresh.
