Terruño Nayarita Cooperative comprises of over 400 smallholder farmers, each managing around 3 hectares of land around the extinct Cerro San Juan Volcano. The soil and altitude produce high quality Caturra and Typica, resulting in a creamy smooth coffee with nutty flavours and milk chocolate caramel sweetness.
