A slightly different pace for an El Diviso offering, this washed pink bourbon is less fermented than some of their other coffees. A 60 hour anaerobic fermentation and rapid cooling process gives this coffee a super clean elegant and citrus fruit forward and a moreish filter. Adrian Lasso has again proved to be a master of his craft.
